Life Made Simple Organizing is looking for a part-time Team Support Specialist to add to our growing team!

As our Team Support Specialist, you will closely work with the Owner and Organizers to support a variety of needs as our team serves organizing clients.

The Team Support Specialist will be performing tasks dealing with Project Support, Client Relationship Management and Administration. Overall, the Team Support Specialist will be the backbone to our teams success preparing for and serving clients!

The ideal candidate is someone who is highly organized, has excellent time management and logistical skills and is able to prioritize well under pressure. You are more than willing to step in and help keep our team running smoothly.

You will be working mostly independently at home, at our storage unit and on the road around Rochester doing tasks like making returns, shopping at stores and dropping product where it is needed.

Our Team Support Specialist embodies the values of Life Made Simple Organizing as a whole. Our team very much values being able to be candid, inviting, fun, inclusive and helpful to our fellow Team members. It is a must to fit in with our company culture!

You must be able to work well in a team environment but also the confidence to work independently most of the time. Team Support Specialist is not easily overwhelmed or afraid to put in some hard work!

This position is for those who are able to be employed on an as needed basis and consistent hours are not guaranteed. East Side applicants are highly sought after due to location of our storage unit. There is room to grow with this position and experience is sought after!
